Terms of Use

By using PhotoSuvidha you agree to these terms. They are short because the tool is simple and free.

The service

• PhotoSuvidha resizes, crops and compresses images in your browser. It is free, needs no account and adds no watermark.
• We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Exam requirements

• The sizes and limits shown for each exam are taken from public notices and other sources, as marked on each page. They can be wrong or out of date, and boards change them between notifications.
• Always check the latest official notification before you apply. You are responsible for the files you upload to any application portal.
• PhotoSuvidha is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, RRB, Kerala PSC, MPSC, TNPSC, Passport Seva or any other government body or recruiting organisation. Their names are used only to describe the requirements.

Fair use

• Use only photos and signatures that are yours, or that you have the right to use.
• Don't use PhotoSuvidha to alter identity documents or to deceive anyone.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the website or overload it with automated requests.

No warranty

PhotoSuvidha is provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using it, including a rejected application.
